Dutchess Warranty Information

• All Dutchess Models are fully warranted for a full 2-years parts & labor. Warranty registration must be returned to Dutchess by mail (envelope provided) or faxed directly to the Dutchess offices @ 715-394-2406. Warranty effective date begins on the date of original shipment.
  
  Warranty Replacement Parts Policy : All warranties (parts & labor) must first be approved and warranty authorization number assigned by a Dutchess staff person by calling the Toll Free Customer Service Hotline . . . 1-800-777-4498. Warranty claims made without prior authorization may be denied. Parts will be invoiced and billed net 30 days. Upon return of defective parts and inspection, if parts are determined to be defective, invoice will be voided or credit applied for full amount including shipping.
